Our story

Celeste Radanovich along with Marna Taylor became passionate about helping students through volunteering and Co-Chairing Leigh High School’s College & Career Center for a span of over 7 years.  They recognized that students and families needed more information and guidance, and their main goal was aimed at offering affordable college counseling services.  Towards that end, got college? was founded, and the Comprehensive (Classroom) Course was piloted with 8 students in Celeste's dining room in 2008.  Their successful college planning services have grown to include Consultations,  Individual Packages, and Essay Workshops, and the Comprehensive Course has morphed into a Small Group Course. To date, got college? has helped 720+ students plan for and apply to college.   Their unique perspective and practical approach is appreciated by students, families, school guidance counselors, and school administrators.   Celeste and Marna each earned a Certificate in College Counseling, with distinction, through UCLA Online.   Marna retired in December of 2017. Lynn Rice joined the team in early 2015 through 2020.

Celeste keeps abreast of the ever-changing college admissions environment and process, is a member of both the National and Western Associations of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC and WACAC), and practices under the NACAC Statement of Principals of Good Practice.
